A portfolio view before opening each account
When an agency manages several advertisers, the first need is knowing where to look. The Adstrateo portfolio shows the state of confirmed accounts and makes it easy to select the client to analyse. Detailed data remains attached to the selected account.
Direct and MCC accounts
Accessible accounts are discovered with their hierarchy without exposing OAuth tokens in the interface.
One active account at a time
Campaigns, conversions, search terms and recommendations load for the selected client.
New campaign creation
Standardise briefs and campaign preparation while keeping professional review in the workflow.
Useful client reports
Performance, issues, completed actions and priorities can be exported into a white-label report.
Rules that generalise across clients
Adstrateo does not fix a problem by adding an exception for one advertiser. Diagnostics must remain reproducible and thresholds use data from the campaign concerned. This reduces the risk that a special case in one account affects decisions proposed in another.
- 1
Connect authorised access
The agency selects accounts it is authorised to manage, whether direct or available through a manager account.
- 2
Confirm the portfolio
Each confirmed account uses one subscription slot for the duration stated in the plan.
- 3
Review each account separately
Data, tracking, recommendations and actions remain associated with the relevant account and campaign.
- 4
Share a clear report
The report focuses on results, decisions and next priorities rather than accumulating every available metric.
Production support, not an autonomous agency
Adstrateo can speed up analysis, creation and action preparation. It does not replace client relationships, sector knowledge or the PPC manager’s validation. Changes remain previewed and confirmed, and newly created campaigns stay paused.
Google access can be disconnected in Adstrateo or revoked from Google. Sensitive information must never appear in a client report or visible log.
